This website (abhishekvishwakarma.com) is a personal portfolio and consulting site. This policy explains what data is collected when you visit, and how it is used.
What this site collects
This is a static website with no user accounts, no login, and no advertising. The only data touchpoints are:
1. Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand visitor traffic. It is privacy-first by design:
- No cookies are placed on your device
- No personal data is collected or stored
- Data collected is aggregated and anonymous (page views, referrers, device type, country)
- Fully compliant with GDPR and CCPA
2. Contact form — EmailJS
When you submit the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, company, and message) is transmitted via EmailJS directly to my inbox. This data is:
- Used only to respond to your enquiry
- Not stored in any database on this site
- Not shared with any third party beyond EmailJS's transmission service
- Subject to EmailJS's privacy policy
3. WhatsApp link
This site includes a link to WhatsApp. Clicking it will open the WhatsApp application or website. Any conversation that takes place through WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
4. On-device AI chat
This site includes an optional AI chat feature powered by Chrome's built-in Gemini Nano model. It runs entirely on your device — no data is sent to any server. Chat history is stored in your browser's local storage only, and is cleared when you use the clear button or clear your browser data.
Third-party links
This site links to external platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, Medium, and pmaxtek.com. These sites have their own privacy policies and this policy does not apply to them.
Your rights
Since this site collects no personal data directly, there is nothing stored to request, correct, or delete. If you submitted a contact form enquiry and would like the email deleted from my inbox, contact me at abhigdrv@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. As a personal portfolio site, significant changes are unlikely.
